Periodically, Iberel is entrusted by its clients to handle transactions
negotiated between them and their suppliers. Because of the limited
number of suppliers for certain items, purchasing agreements may exist
between certain customers and the same supplier. At Iberel, we recognize
that customers will have different levels of
purchasing clout and different levels of negotiating skill. Consequently,
the terms and conditions negotiated between a client and a supplier
may vary from those negotiated between another client and the same
supplier. We fully recognize that it is not to the benefit of the
client, nor to that of the supplier (nor to Iberels), to reveal
to other customers the more advantageous or disadvantageous
terms that one or more customers may have negotiated.
Additionally, because many clients implement
multi-pronged procurement strategies, with the use of Iberels
services often being merely a component of a strategy, we believe
in being discrete if requested by a supplier to identify the client
originating a request.

single supplier with experience purchasing thousands of the
items you purchase,

When asked to do so, we generally decline,
preferring instead to let the customer tell the supplier directly
that we are purchasing for his account (such as may happen with
volume or global purchase agreements).
