We recognize that, to run efficiently, a manufacturing operation must
be able to track all aspects of its purchasing activities, from quotation
requests to order placement, to the receipt of merchandise, etc. Because
of this need, we:

A) |
Keep our customers informed of all developments with their purchase
orders. We regularly acknowledge them, expedite them, advise
customers of any changes and send them shipment information
once the shipments are made. |

B) |
All shipments received
by each customer are completely identified with his P.O. number,
the item quantity, the manufacturer’s part number, the
client’s part number, etc. This is done through documentation
as well as through markings on the individual cartons. |

C) |
If Certificates of Compliance
or Certificates of Analysis are needed, these are supplied with
each shipment with additional copies kept in our files. |
