We offer our clients a variety of options
by which to work with us. The 2 main ones are:
A brief description of these follows:
Contractual:
This refers to an agreement between Iberel and the customer
detailing the commitments of the two parties. Under this option,
the customer commits to authorize Iberel to handle a dollar-specific
minimum amount of purchases per year. The margins that Iberel is
permitted to add to the prices are also stipulated.
This can cover a complete Materials Management
package -- one that incorporates the client’s procurement philosophy;
or it may involve the processing and administration of volume and
global-purchase agreements, the administration of contracts, or
the placement of occasional purchase orders, etc.
This option also affords the customer the greatest
level of control since he can, at his choosing, audit our files.
As Needed:
Here the customer agrees to use
Iberel’s services. He does not commit to a minimum dollar amount
of purchases and uses us on an as-needed basis. Iberel is free to
take whichever margins it deems reasonable.
In addition to the above, Iberel will consider
any other working arrangement that the customer may be interested
in. If necessary, we will travel to the customer’s site to
work out a collaboration arrangement.
